SUMMER CAMP
Ages 6 to 14
Join us for our Summer Camp of culinary adventures. Our camps offer kids the ability to learn culinary skills in a casual, fun, and safe environment. Kids will learn measuring and knife skills along with math, science, safety, and etiquette.
Each week will be a different theme. We will explore International foods, Baking, Chocolate, the ever popular Kids Favorites, and more.
Each day kids will learn to create 4 to 5 recipes. At the end of class they will enjoy what they made as well as receive the recipes. Students can sign up for 1 week or all 9 weeks!
Classes are all taught by culinary professionals who have worked in the industry.
Camps run Monday-Friday 9:00am to Noon. (Except 6/30-72 & 8/4-8/6)
Cost is $350 per student, per week (except where noted.)
No children under the age of 6 will be admitted!

HOME SCHOOL CHARTER STUDENTS: If you plan on using charter funds for payment, an out of pocket $150 deposit is required for your child to be placed on any roster. Deposit will be refunded as soon as purchase order is received.
Baking 101 June 9 to 13
Learn the roots of classic baking. Kids will make M&M Cookies, Caramel Apple Muffins, Whoopie Pies, Focaccia Bread, Bagels, Honey Whole Wheat Loaf, Sour Dough Bread, Cheesy Rolls, and More!
$350 per camper for all 5 days

Kids Faves I June 16 to 20
This week we will be making all the kids favorites! Kids will learn to make Cheeseburgers w/ Homemade buns, Pretzel Dogs, Garlic Parmesan Fries, 2 Cheese Pizza, Rocky Road Cookies, Homemade Pasta w/ Alfredo Sauce, Sugar Cookies w/ Royal Icing, and More!
$350 per camper for all 5 days

Kids Faves II June 23 to 27
This camp features even more of everything kids like.
Kids will make Beignets, Corndogs, Brookies, Cinnabon Rolls, Beef Empanadas, Sweet and Savory Crepes, Chef Criss' Mac n Cheese, and More!
$350 for all 5 days

Grillin' and Chillin' June 30 to July 2 (3 Days only)
It’s time to get out the BBQ and do some grilling. Kids will learn to make Baby Back Ribs w/ BBQ Sauce, Ice Cream Sandwiches, BBQ Pizza, Inside Out Cheese Burgers, St Louis Style Custard, S'Mores w/ Homemade Marshmallows and More!
$250 per camper for all 3 days

Kids International Faves I July 7 to 11
Kids will explore the world as they learn to make their favorite international foods.. Kids will make Sushi, Orange Chicken, Churros, Chocolate Semifreddo, Garlic Knots, Chicken Enchilada Suizas, and More!

Baking 102 July 14 to 18
This week we will bake even more delicious creations! Kids will learn to make Raspberry Coffeecake, Scones, French Macarons, Homemade Soft Pretzels, Bear Claws, Chocolate Donuts, Flourless Chocolate Cakes, and more!
$350 per camper for all 5 days

Kids Faves International Part II July 21 to 25
​It's time to learn even more international favorites! Kids will learn to make Creme Brulee, Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Croquettes, Churros, Pad Thai, Fettuccini Alfredo w/ Homemade Pasta, Cheese & Potato Pierogies, and More!
$350 per camper for all 5 days

Kids Faves III July 28 to August 1
​This camp features even more of everything kids like. Homemade Pasta w/ Marinara, Meatballs, Fries Chicken & Biscuit Sliders, Stuffed Crust Pizza, Baked Fries, Stromboli, Chicken Fajitas, Mango Sorbet, and More!
$350 per camper for all 5 days

Everything Chocolate August 4 to 6 (3 day camp)
For our last week of camp we will be doing everything chocolate (with a few savory dishes too!) Kids will learn to make Chocolate Crepes, Chocolate Tarts, Chocolate Souffle, Chocolate Eclairs, Chocolate Ice Cream, Pizza Pull Apart Bread, Mac n Cheese, and More!
$250 per camper for 3 days

Full pre-payment is required for each camper.
MINI CAMP POLICIES:
Please read as our classes have limited spaces:
-No reminder emails or phone calls will be sent. Please mark your calendar as a reminder.
-All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
-Cancellations will receive no refunds or transfers if made with less than a week before class. You are welcome to send someone else in your place, with prior notification.
-No-shows will receive no future credits or refunds.
-Please alert us on any allergies before the first day of camp. We can omit things from the students menu but we can not replace them.
We try to accommodate all situations but there is only so much we can do. Thank you for understanding.
